Yes. Every one of our boiler cover agreements includes an annual boiler service, carried out every year for as long as your agreement remains active.

During your annual service, our engineer will carry out a comprehensive inspection of your boiler to make sure it is operating safely, efficiently and reliably.

This includes checking the operation of safety devices, cleaning internal components where required, checking the condensate system, inspecting the flue and checking the boiler controls.

We will also carry out flue-gas and efficiency analysis, together with checking the working gas pressures. Any issues identified during the service can then be discussed with you.

Regular servicing helps keep your boiler running safely and efficiently, while also helping to identify potential problems before they become more serious.

Yes. When you contact Aqua Shield, you'll speak to a real member of our local office team who can help with your boiler cover, bookings, repairs or any questions you may have.

Our office team is based here in Hull and works closely with our engineers, so we're able to deal with queries quickly without you having to navigate endless automated systems or call centres.

Yes. Our engineers are directly employed by Aqua Shield and are part of our own local team. We don't simply pass your job over to an unknown third-party contractor.

Our engineers are appropriately qualified and experienced, and because they're part of the Aqua Shield team, our office can communicate directly with them if you ever have a question about your visit or repair.
